How does your UK standard delivery service work?

If you order with us before 12pm Monday-Friday, you can expect your order to be delivered to you within 3-5 working days. If you haven’t received your order within this time frame, please contact us.

 If you order with us before 12pm Monday-Friday, you can expect your order to be delivered to you within 1-3 working days. If you haven’t received your order within this time frame, please contact us.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

 PLEASE NOTE: It may not always be possible for our couriers to meet exact dates or times however we will do our best to get your parcel to you as soon as possible. If our couriers have attempted to deliver your parcel after and failed this will then be sent back to us and you will be refunded. Our couriers will make attempts to deliver your parcel or alternatively may leave your parcel in a safe place that is convenient for you to collect. It is your responsibility to track your order.
